You cannot get such an old record from anywhere.

Sir, there is always a hope. In 1902 in Delhi, only Kashmiri Gate, used to do registration for entire delhi. Please go to office of registrar, behind Ritz cinema, Near ISBT, Kashmiri Gate, Delhi before 1 o'clock. Deposit search fee of Rs. 5 per year. Search the record of 1902 or may be one year before and one year after. You may yourself do it. You do not need the services of any agent or lawyer for this. However, the record at that time might be in urdu, so you might need the services of some one who knows urdu. Once you find the date of your document, you may therefafter, apply for a certified duplicate copy by filing out a form along with blank stamp paper in your name of rupees ten. Good Luck in your find.
Report loss to police, issue public notice etc.
Obtain certified copies from registry.
