I AM 70 YEARS OLD . I HAVE 3 DAUGHTERS . I HAVE NO SON.
I HAVE A RESIDENTAL PLOT OF 3200 SQ. FT., 600/- PER SQ.FT., TOTAL PRICE 19,20,000/-.
I WANT TO SELL / GIFT THE PLOT IN THE NAME OF MY 40 YRS.OLD MARRIED ,ONE ( 1 ) DAUGHTER ONLY , OUT OF MY 3 DAUGHTERS.
PLEASE INFORM ME THE FOLLOWING : -
1. STAMP DUTY IN RS.-- / % --
2. REGISTRATION CHARGES IN RS.-- / %--
3. PLEASE SEND ME THE SALE DEED DRAFT, BY E- MAIL. .

The cost of registration shall be near around 4 to 5 % of the cost of the property ... which varry from state to state....
