I AM 70 YEARS OLD . I HAVE 3 DAUGHTERS . I HAVE NO SON.

I HAVE A RESIDENTAL PLOT OF 3200 SQ. FT. I WANT TO TRANSFER / GIFT / SELL THE PLOT IN THE NAME OF MY 40 YRS.OLD MARRIED 1 DAUGHTER ONLY , OUT OF MY 3 DAUGHTERS.

PLEASE INFORM ME THE PROCEDURE , DOCUMENTS, MIN. CHARGES REQD. FOR IT.

You can Gift this property to your one daughter . You only have to pay the stamp duty on it.
