Sir, I had made investment in a plot ( out of my earned income), but the title deed has been kept it by my husband. He don,t allow me to sell. I don,t have any photocopy also.

what should i do in the court. can i get duplicate copy from registrar.
what are my legal right to get it from him , I want to sell it in the market

He cannot keep it legally. You may file a police complaint against your husband.
In the alternative you may also get duplicate copy from the registrar.
