Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir I am a member of a registered society where chairman was disqualified by the Dy.Registrar under the law on 02/12/2009.The chairman resigned from the post on 17/12/2009 but continued to work as chairman there after and has taken important decisions of her own without consulting any member of the committee because she and her father are Chairman and Secretary resp. and nobody in the commiittee is that active infact she only brought them in the committee as Dummy in 2008. Can disqualified chairman hold the office after the disqualification and what is her status thereafter and what action can be initiated against her, committee members and also the errant officials of the Dy. Registrar office who allowed her to work as chairman till 25/10/2010. Please guide at the earliest as the society is running into mess.

Approach Court for suitable action.

Also approach DDR for appointment of an Administrator.
