hi sir , this is nimesh i have a query, i own a house under paghdi system, n the room is divided in to 2 parts loft n bottom, the loft is occupied by us ,earlier the room number was common between two but from last 2 years , i have got done seperate rent receipt from land lord with different room number altogather, loft room has seperate electric meter from last 10 yrs ,38 yrs old ration card, sir my major tension is will i get a new flat under development plan which is in trend in girgaon mumbai south ?
