Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
sir i paid an amount of rupees one lakh towoards purchase of land.as per agreement i have to pay balance amount and get the land registered with in 60 days from the date of paying advance.due to my financial difficulties i wanted some more time beyond 6o days, the person is not willing to who agreed to sell the land.is it permisble as for law

Well, if there is no extension clause, he may refuse to extend time; you may arrange the balance payment within stipulated time to avoid any loss.
