Sir

two persons(one me) have purchased land 1000square feet in hadapsar area of pune city

maharashtra.it is constructed double storied.Is one person eligible to sell his half portion(500square feet) to someone else .kindly reply

dear client...

if joint registration has been made and the share has not been marked then no he can not sell the property ... for that need to go through the deeds . If possible send me the deed copy at [email protected]

Yes, he can sell his undivided share. Whether the buyer can come and use it or not is a different question.
