Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

sir i have a problem i.e in the back side of our home i have left free because i have windows in the back wall of home but now my naboure scold on us and say that there is no free space that u had left .now whenever he sow seed in their feild(he used that field for agriculture purpose due to this the back wall of my home is starting to loose his strength.sir now i want to know from u what can i do now?
