Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir we are in process of buying a house in Aligarh. The seller of the house is having registry of the house in his name. I wanted to ask if this is sufficient proof of being a legally genuine property? also i would like to ask if Bank will provide me home loan on the basis of this registry only or any other documentary proof for property is required ? Thanking you in anticipation.
