sir, i purchase a flat at dombivali, nandivali village. i paid 25% amount to builder rest 75% he is going to loan for us but he lost our original purchase agreement and he is not able to do laon for our flat as it is on 3rd floor and it comes under grampanchayat. we personally applied for laon and bank ask about original agreement. you are requested to suggest us what to do?

in the absence of original agreement, the loan may not be done. you may apply for certified copy if it is registered. is there no possibility of entering an agreement again if the same was notarized.

Explore with bank a registered mortgage instead of usual equitable mortgage.
