Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir, we purchased 1/4 acre land from others beside our farm before 20 years for Rs. 10,000/- . They had given us an agreement on bond only with their signs. We did not register the land still now. Now we are asking them to register the land for us. They are saying we will do it later. They are giving the same reply whenever we are asking them.

What we have to do now?

Can we register the land without the help of them with bond we having?

Please give us the best suggestion to follow now.

You need to file a suit for specific performance, with alternative reliefs, of declaration of title as well as for relief that a designated court officer to execute the Deed of Sale, in the event the Original Owners fail to execute the same.

This is based on the impression - which I gather that you have paid full consideration and you are in possession of the land.
