Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

sir i purchased a house and just due to brothership i include my 2 brothers name in registry.bayana stomp paper i done by self just on my name.5 lakh rupees.after in registry time i pay remaining amount by pay order.and i was just present in court on the registry time.now my 2 brother want to captured the house so when i know i file a benami case against them.now case is on going in court.and my younger brother is sayng to me now i will give a statment in ur favour in court.and my elder brother make a joint venture with my father against us.and also now my father file a case of benami against me and my younger brother.so sir kindly nned a law full advise pls

If a matter is already in court, you may consider going by advice of your lawyer, who is know of all the facts, documents and other details of the matter.

dear client....

as the case is already in court so go as per the lawyer but do keep eyes on ur case ...

As such benami transaction is no more in practice....so how ur case has been admited your lawyer can better handle...
