Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir we r three brothers .our father was died in 1991 . He was only son of our grandfather after his death our grandfather sold total agriculture land and house in village .after that we came to the town. Our father baught a plot in town before his death but he baught this on our grandfather's name this is the only property we have today. Our gradfather wants to sail this plot too.. sir can we legely do something to save our plot

No.You cant do anything besides requesting your Grand father not to sell the plot.

Since your grandfather is the single owner of property, you may raise a claim if the property was inherited by him; or purchased by him (or your father) from ancestral joint Hindu family funds.

in case the land was bought by your father and you have the proof that the consideration was paid by your father, you may seek stay against grand father.
