sir some realtors buy a land near our lands and constructing a gated community, and they are not giving roads for the lands around it. how can we get roads for our lands. is that not a mandatory for gated community builders to leave a road around it for accessing lands surrounding it ?

yes, you need to file a suit for mandatory injunction seeking a mandate of the court asking realtors to give roads for the land around it.
