Sir, I have not received your legal opinion to my two queries dated 29/12/10. regarding married daughters share on immovable properties like jewels. fdr's etc and also share in mother's inherited

property.

a daughter is equally entitled to the share as par with her brother as per amendments in hindu succession act.
