Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir, in the rectification deed, the extent, location, plot no and parties to the document have not changing, but all side boundaries have changed. The said alteration occured due to typographical error while drafting the original deed. The registration authorities are demanding full stamp duty as if a sale deed. Please advice me and quote some citations of the Courts in this regard. I will be very greatful.

Consider approaching superior authority for adjudication.
If there is no change in price or area, then there is no reason for demand of full or additional stamp duty.
