Sir, There is a rectification to be done in our sale deed. The apartment is constructed on two plots (38&39;). Our flat i.e. Flat no:202 is built on plat no:38, but sale deed wrongly states that as 39. What would be the process and charge for this?

If the building in which your apartment is located is standing/constructed on 2 adjoining plots, then there ought of an amalgamation and description should refer to both the plots.
