Sir, I was residing in a house in delhi since 1992, but in 2006 i purchased the same house from the IInd party, but now allottee of the house has come and claiming the my occupancy is illigal, what should i do.

has the allottee filed a suit for recovery of possession and ownership. what is the status? you would have to meet a lawyer in person with all the papers for legal action.
