Sir, Thank you very much for the response. Please describe in detail:

My father-in-law have transferred his ancestral property to his son. My wife has objected to the transfer of the property in the SDM Office. And due to this intqal (mututation) of the property has not been done as the objection was raised for transfer. As it is also the Court of SDM. Whether we can file in the court of SDM for partition of the property. As from the revenue side this is also the court as I think? Please guide.

Partition suit will have to be filed in the civil district court.
