Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir I sold my flat to my friend in ggod faith without getting any money though I got 3 cheques from him. I registered my flat in his name in the month of January'2012. I deposited 1 cheque in the month of July which got bounced. I have 2 more cheques with me. He has given the registered agreement as security for his business. I want to know how to cancel the registry? What is the procedure? If I deposit the other cheques it will also get bounced. Pls advice

you can seek cancellation of registered agreement on the ground of bouncing of cheque. you can also file a complaint under negotiable instruments act if you want to honour the agreement.
