Sir, I started a chemical factory on my name with all permissions in a land purchased by my FATHER ON My Mother's name.MY Mother had already divided the land in to six portions each to her sons by giving a power of attorney registered to each.My mother was not mentally sound after signing the power of attorney Can she sell the land when I was away from india without giving notice to me when I am a big looser.Your advise please the party has purchased 1 hectare land on the main road and took possession of the whole land

If such mental unsoundness make her incompetent to contract, then the sale would be void.
