sir i just wanted to know that what is the difference between MOU and AGREEMENT .sir we r having a commercial plot in my uncles name around 20 years back my father has purchased in my uncles name now we made a seperation that we will run the front portion and my uncle will run the entire back portion of the shop cun residence we want to make a agreement or mou so that their would be no trouble in future Iif any trouble arise we can take the help of court or drag them to court so sir what is better MOU or agreement for eg we should write ((THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE ON)or(THIS MOU IS MADE ON)
