Dear Sir / Madam,
(Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra)
Since the building has both tenants and owners, the overall building maintenance will be a problem as there are likely to be disputes over the monthly contribution to be raised for the repairs and maintenance of the building.
It is always advisable to purchase a flat in a building in Mumbai, which is properly run and managed as a co-operative housing society.

Is the property outside City Limits? In side Greater Mumbai, one needs to check property card. Information provided by you is insufficient to advise.
