Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
sir, i am widow & i have no child.legally i have right on my father-in-laws own property or not.when my mother in law expired some property transfered on my husband name.but my father-in-law kept property papers. i have a rights on that property also or not.

You are entitled to inherit your husband's property.

you have equal right on the property owned by your husband but not on the property of your father in law unless the same was ancestral.
