Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir if i have a will in my favour for a property in my mothers name (willexecuted by my mother )and if my sisters is not an witness to the registered will can they create trouble for me to get probate for the property.

First need to check whether probate is necessary for the will executed by your mother. If yes then need to get NOC from your sisters.

Will is operative after the death of the testator and normally legal heirs do create problems if they are left out in the will.
