Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir,
My wive's are three brother/sister. Her father gave his property in a will to a 2nd son only leaving nothing for other two. In SDM court he has made statement that he wanted to distribute the property amongst three. Now the father-in-law has expired. We have simultaneously filed court case as well as in SDM clourt before the expiry of my father-in-law Although the court has already given stay in our favour.Now, it has been learnt that my 2nd brother-in-law has made a will in his favour in last year.
Now what to do further ? What course of action would be best to be taken ? Please guide.
