Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir,

I am an 82 years old farmer of himachal pardesh. my land was acquired in 1973 for construction of Pong Dam for irrrigation in Rajasthan. Rajasthan govt agreed to allot land in gnganagar distt.i was alloted land in 1973 which was cancelled. I appealed in next court and next court set aside the orders of cancellation and directed lower authorities to allot me land in 1990. I have requested so many times to allot me land for last 22 years but no action is being taken although allotments are being made in connivance with some touts through corruption.Can I make complaint to supreme court or high court ? or can I file PIL in High Court or Supremecourt. please Guide me

PIL may not be maintainable. You may approach the State High Court under Articles 226 / 227 of the Constitution of India.
