Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir,

A flat was purchased by my husband in my name. He has the cusdody of title docs & posession.

but the income was earned by my husband out of the busineess which was running in my name.

and Purchase money transferred from my bank ac, which my husband had earned actally from running my business.

can I claim such property docs,

can i complaint to police to get property doc.
