Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir,

A house is in the name of my demised grand mother (Father's mother), and there are 5 brothers to my father.

My father has constructed another house on his own and he wants to donate his share in Mothers property to his one of his brother, who is an illterate.

I am objecting for being financially too weak and also hold a family.

Can my father proceed as per his intention?

The share of the property of your Grand Mother inherited by your Father is in law his self acquired property and he has the right to dispose of the same in which ever way he wants to , weather by way of gift/relinquishment to his brother or otherwise . You cannot object to the sam.
