All the deeds which carry wrong description have to be rectified. Only the party to a deed (or his representative) can apply for rectification of the deed. So there has to be three rectification deeds. Generally, the rectification deed is done on stamp paper of nominal value, usually Rs.100/-. However, pls check the exact amount with the sub-registrar office in your district.
