Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hello Sir,

Am going to buy few Acers of land in Tamil Nadu

Kindly let me know , what precautions i should take , so that am not cheated.

Am from Karnataka , also need to know if any any one will be able to help in the registrations matter etc...seems all Documents are in Tamil.

it is advisable to get all the papers verified by the local lawyer, tehsildar and other officials concerned with the land you intend to purchase.
