Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir,an agricultral land is in my name but under the possession of my cousin since 50 years. The Revenue of the land is also paid to the Govt. by me. Can the possession of the land be acquired through the Court of law ?

Yes, you can; you have to make a plea; that your brother is gratuitous tenant, so your brother cannot take a plea of adverse possession.
