Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hello Sir,

Can a flat owner, who doesn't have his 2 wheeler, but have his own 2 wheeler parking; allow to park his brother's/relative's 2 wheeler in his parking permanently? The flat owner's brother do not reside within the society building. Can the housing society take any action against this?
