sir,conveyance was executed in 1996 by the heirs,and flats were to br given to the heirs it was mentioned in the conveyance,but the builder has still not given the flat of 500 sq ft till date,now after a gap of 6 years he has started constructing building,only 1 building is under construction for our tenants under SRA.our bunglow was demolished in 2000,two flats are given in sale building in STILT,to the other heirs.Now my question is do i have to wait for another 3 years to get my flat or what should i do,the owners name is still on PR card,according to the SRA the pr should be on the builders name which he has not done,can the SRA give CCand IOD to the builder without our consent,to transfer the title on builders name.Please guide'.

If a conveyance has been executed, then person in whose favour conveyance was executed becomes a owner on execution and registration of conveyance.

Whether you agreement in respect of flat is part of conveyance or separate, what are the terms recorded etc. should be seen to comment further.
