Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi Sir,
i was to buy a residential flat. agent showed me a flat which property tax is pending from the Bldg Constructed i.e 15-18 yrs. He says flat has to be purchased in cash as no loans is available to that bldg. & registration will be done only as NOTARY. is it safe to buy a flat on the basic of NOTARY. my fear is that there is a chance of cheating in Notary. Wat can be done to as a strong proof with NOTARY . to show tat i m the legal owner of the flat.
Thanks
Ravi

Do not buy flat as NOTARY do not have power to make registary... do not get fooled...as you can not be owner in case of NOTARY... any property you purchase must be registered ...
if you have any doubt mail me at [email protected] do not put ur hard earned money in drain...
In this there is full chance of cheating, be-aware of such type of people. do not bye this until unless they are not agree to register a sale deed at ragistrar's office.
