I have 25 cent plot in a village at Iritty, Kannur, Kerala. One side of the plot has a 10 feet private road used by other occupants and the owner of the plot in that area. I have purchased the plot on 2008 from the owner of the road. As per the sales deed, nothing mentioned about my right for the use of private road.
Recently I have executed an agreement on Rs.100/- stamp paper (with two witness) with the owner stating that I have the right to use the road forever.But the agreement is not registered.
Is this agreement is sufficient for using the road forever?

1st agreement must be registered... secondly you need to see if the person is the owner of the road or its a private road..../
