Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
sir..i need guidance. my father has 4 brothers, 1 cousin brother & 4 sisters. my grand father had expired. all property is on grand fathers name. and mow my cousin uncle using maximum property. pls advice . if i file case for property division, how this will be done? does half property goes to cousin uncles name? what others will gate? how much time court will take to give final result?
my father has plot on his name ( own purchased) whether this plot also considered in division?

you can apply for partition suit were the property will be divided equally among all the sons and daughters of ur grandfather equally...
