Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Sir,
I am going to purchase a flat in Hyderabad. I have paid around 2 Laks for amenities that includes Lift and car parking also. When he gave me draft sale deed it is found that he mentioned my built up areas " 1210 sq.ft (including command area and Car parking) ".
When I asked him about this. He says .. it wont be a problem and they are doing the same to all remaing vendees also.
How can it be risk to me. I feel car parking area should be mentioned separatly.
Please suggest
Thanks,
M Subrahmanyam

You may suggest your terms to the vendor.
Area of actual flat and car parking area is normally written separately.
Yes you are abosulutely correct and car parking should be mentioned separately or else he may sell the CP to outsiders also.
