Sir

I want to purchase an Office Space in a Coming up Mall in Ranchi, Jharkhand.

What is to be checked to ensure that property is genuine and having no legal implication.

Please give me the 1.check points and

2. also advise me where to get it checked ?

3.What will be the cost of services if I get the services from professional (laywer) to get it checked.

Contact a local lawyer, there is no hard and fast rule for determining fees of a lawyer. Only a lawyer himself can tell, what fees he or she will charge.

This being a professional job, there is no standard check list, as one needs to know the type of land, i.e. nature of ownership whether lease hold or ownership, based on that one can go forward and identify what is to be looked at and so on.
