I have a question that, can i claime for my ancestrl property even though if my father doesent want to give it ? the property not been bought by my father it is my grand father's.

you have an equal right along with your father and you may claim your share.

If nature of property is joint hindu family property, then you may claim partition.
However, mere inheritance may not change the nature of a property as joint hindu family property. Check devolution of property.
