But our sister what the share in property .
Her marrage loan - untill today we worked and remitted to banks not seeling any land.
The Question s are

2. If she get the share she want to perform pooja in temple or not ?
Because if one pooja we have to perform means - every monday and friday no employerrs will give holiday so we want to resign job and perform pooja ,then next year we want to search new job

in this situation, the property seems to be joint family property as it stands in the name of your father, his brother and even your grandfather. the sisters, after the amendment in 2005 have a share in the property. better settle this matter at home instead of litigation in court for years.
1. Either a mutually agreed or decided by a court in a suit.
2. May be.
