Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir/Madam Iam a retired person aged 68.My son got married in 2000.His wife(My daughter in law)is having one younger sister and widow mother.They are having one house with 2 floors.During marriage we have not demanded anything and after that also no demands put forth by us.The house is in the name of my Daughter inlaw's father who is no more.The 2 floors are being rented out and bringing substantial rents.My daughter in law's mother is having another flat where she resides.What i want to know is " whether my daughter in law elegible for one floor's rent"

You need to know nature and extent of ownership of your daughter-in-law and then accordingly she may claim rent or a share in it.
