Hi Sir\madam i am 20 male from mumbai actually i want to buy a property in navi mumbai as per my budget one agent suggest me to buy bank auction flatin navi mumbai its my first time to investing in such property so i want a valueable advice from u. so will u please guide me what would be the procedure and also tell me some tips befoure buying such type of property or should i really invest in such type of bank auction flats waiting for ur reply thanks & regards vivek m

I would not recommend you to go for bank auction flats for various reasons.

Generally, bank auctions a property on as is where is basis - this is quite risky.
