Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir/Madam, Four months back I bought a land with an old tile roofed house in thrissur town, as per the sale agreement it was supposed to have 4.66 cents, before purchasing the land I had meassured the land with the help of an engineer unfortunately he was one arranged by my brokker, only now I came to know that the land is below 3.6 cents only. I have a HDFC bank loan for this purchase. Please tell me what should I do.
