sir/madam my name is naveen (23) i am from hyderabad we have our ansistors property, at age of 2,my father expired in (1990). on that property only on person taken partion, i.e my uncle, in 1984,
suddenlly my father expired, without saying to my mom and taken signatures and sell my ansistors property of my fathers part,and theirs,
sir my question is when partition was made to only one person,how will they sell the entire property by my uncle, actually my mom was un-educated she dont know nothing,,, she just signatured when i am 2 years, how can i get my father part property,please give the solution

If your mother had sighed some document without knowing the content in those documents when you were 2 years old and now after 21 years you want to rake up the same issue, it would barred by limitation . I dont see any ground in which you or your mother can claim that property back.

also u can file fraud against your uncle
