Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

hello sir/madam

i am 20y old. i married the person i loved for my parents left me since 4 years. my father mother both had some property, my mom is a gov. job holder,my father is a farmer . is any chance that i can get my share of property? i had one younger sister. can i proceed to the court ? do i have any chance that i can get my share from my parents?

No you cannot claim any thing from there property as the property seems to be self acquired by them. You can only claim if they die intestate and not otherwise.
