Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hello Sir\Madam,

I am planning to purchase a BMRDA site near Nelamangala and the layout was legally approved by a legal firm in the year 2005.

Now, the site I am planning to purchase is less in dimension compared to the dimension that is mentioned in registered paper and BMRDA approval list. So, I wanted to get a legal opinion about the same and make sure that I am not getting any unfair dealings.

Can you please help me whether it is fine to go ahead with such site? If not, what are the corrective steps that I should have in place before the registration.

Thanks in advance!

Raghavendra. A.

Inform the BMRDA about the difference in dimensions . On paper it is more and it is less otherwise. Lets see what they say to it. Make things clear before you buy the site.
