Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hello Sir/Madam,

I stay in a housing society in Mumbai, This question is regarding the car parking in open area of the society.

- As per housing society bye-laws can society collect charges against parking.

- Can society collect huge fine against car parking claiming that they have decided this amount in annual general body meeting, whereas this was not approved by all the members by society in meeting.

- Can you please suggest the actions that I can take against society.
