Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Sir/Madam,

My GrandFather bought a house and registered on my grandmother's name in 1974, Now both are expired and didn't write any will and my grandfather has five sons and each of them have one son and one daughter. I am the son of their eldest son and my father is also recently expired. All my four uncles separated from the family after thier marraiges. Untill my Grandparents demise my father and I only looked after them and none of my uncles or their children spend any single pie for them. I am the son of eldest son to my grandpa. Now one of my uncle is trying to sell the house with out intimating us or giving any share to us, So could you please advise me how to proceed legally and also tell me who will be the actual heir for my grandpa's property.

We belong to AndhraPradesh state

Thanking you,

yours faithfully,

Siddarth

you may file a suit and seek stay against your uncle from creating a third party interest in the house.
